Order Cancellations & Changes
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it (including item, size, color, or shipping address).
Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.
Returns Policy
Each item from Bobbie + Val Collective is created with intention — celebrating legacy, heritage, and story. Because of this, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has been fulfilled.

Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to be proud of your piece. If your order arrives with damage or defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the concern
Once reviewed, if your item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will work with you to replace it or issue a store credit, depending on stock availability and your preference.
In these cases, we'll cover the return shipping costs if the error was on our end.
Sizing, Colors & Imagery
We do our best to accurately represent colors, textures, and fit in all product images. However, due to differences in lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of our designs, slight variations may occur.
These subtle differences are part of what makes each piece unique — a reflection of our focus on heritage, material integrity, and story.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing times, transit estimates, and delivery costs are displayed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
